市值：顾名思义，股票在流通市场上的公允价值（就是股价乘以股票数量）
账面价值=面值：股票或债券发行的时候都有个账面价值。说的直接就是印在债权上的那个数字，将来在债券到期时将债券兑现时，别人就给你面值+利息。比如一张我1100卖给你一张上面写着1000的债权。1100就是市值，1000就是面值。
基金，股票价格低于面值就叫做破发。即现在的公允价值要低于当初发行时的价值，是个很不好的兆头。。。
